JY Motorhomes was established in 2003 with John Yorke, utilising his background in cabinet making and coach building, to undertake his own motorhome conversion. That seems a long time ago now, with JY Motorhomes firmly established as one of the motorhome conversion industry leaders.

 

When working through a lot of the issues that arise when converting a motorhome, John's skill-set makes a formidable combination. For example, being able to come up with various ideas for the same solution. When interior space is tight and you still want to make it a real home on wheels, Johns experience is where it counts.   John enjoys the ‘never two days the same’ aspect of the motorhome conversion industry. Every motorhome conversion is unique to the customer and to their lifestyle.

 

Now based centrally in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand, you will often find previous customers popping in for a coffee and a chat, such is the atmosphere here. Customer satisfaction being a top priority, John and the team do what it takes to get the job done.

 

Going the ‘extra mile’ is seen as part of the motorhome conversion package at JY Motorhomes, such as picking customers up from the Inter-City bus stop or arranging accommodation while their shower unit gets fitted. Nothing is a problem.
